ACCOMMODATION – MEALS – TRANSPORT – PACKAGE

Accommodation will be provided in hotels and pensions in Pressbaum in 0 – 5 km distance from the sportshall.

IMPORTANT:
However please make sure that we get your accommodation booking as soon as possible because at his time there is Tourist High Season for Vienna visitors and all hotels will be full! We will fix the rooms available in order of the date of booking).
We can offer you the following, very reasonable PACKAGES for this busy season:

Included in the Packages are:

Full board and lodging
- beginning with the evening meal on Thursday, 4^th March 2004

For all who want to find their own way:

Airport Bus to Railway station WIEN WESTBAHNHOF every 30 min
Railway WIEN WESTBAHNHOF – PRESSBAUM (NOT Tullnerbach Pressbaum) at least every hour
Sportshall Sacre Coeur / 5 min. walk from railway-station Pressbaum
Travel time:
Airport – Wien Westbahnhof about 30 min.
Wien Westbahnhof – Pressbaum about 30 min.

(You will find an offer to go by train to Vienna - Wien Mitte. This is the best connection to the center of Vienna, but not to Pressbaum!)
Please order as soon as possible however until 13^th February 2004 at the latest if you are interested in these very reasonable rates (stating exactly how many 1-, 2-, 3-bed rooms, package etc.). As soon as these packages are booked out, we can offer you normal hotel prices outside Pressbaum only.

As soon as we receive your order we will send you a confirmation with an invoice.
Cancellations of reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours before arrival. Amounts paid, with the exception of a reservation fee of EUR 25,-/per person will be refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours before: 100% payment.

TRANSPORT:

There will be a bus shuttle service between the hall and package-hotels outside walking distance, which is free of charge!
Transport from and to the VIENNA AIRPORT will be provided by ASV Pressbaum on request.
The price for this transport is EUR 15,- per person/one way.
In the Package price the transport is included!
However a condition is that we receive information how and when you arrive at least one week before arrival.
There will also be a public bus shuttle from the Airport Vienna and a train service to Pressbaum at least every hour.
Departure Transport to the airport: There will be a fix bus time table considering the departure time you give us in advance announced at the Information desk. For all who don’t book our Package-/Transport offer there will also be a transport service to the Railway Station in Pressbaum, from where you can reach the terminal, Vienna-Westbahnhof railway station within 30 minutes and where you can reach the airport directly by the official public airport bus.

For training purpose VICTOR CHAMPION shuttles (speed 76, 77, 78) are available from the organizer (EUR 16,-- per dozen).
